Rolf Groth and Dan Groves announced as Head Coaches of the Halton Trojans

Rolf played with the Trojans from the late 90s to the mid-00s, during which time he won the 2002 batting title and famously broke-up a Gavin Marshall no-hitter in a BBF semi-final.

Dan has been a Twojans stalwart since the inception of the team, and it is only through injury that he missed the 2019 campaign. In his younger days, Dan represented Great Britain alongside first team manager, David Martin Baez.

The club is over-the-moon to have secured the services of Rolf and Dan. We know that both men bring a wealth of baseball knowledge and experience with them into their new roles. They are as excited as to get started as we are to have them involved.
